Design Editor: Layer snapping

It would be great if objects would snap to center, and other layers when you move them and scale them. That way we would be able to scale objects to be exactly the same size.

On top of that they should show the snapping alignment visually and show the distance between the layers.

Yes this would be amazing. Realyl need the snapping guide or some sort of snapping when I need to move elements. Currently just eyeballing it.

Also: the option to lock movement to a horizontal or vertical access by holding the Shift key.
